Recommended Use: Add contents of one packet to 12 oz. of cold water or skim milk and stir or mix in a blender or shaker for 30 seconds and consume. For best results, add contents of MESO-Tech package to liquid while blending. These steps will insure proper dispersion of the powder. Use 1 to 3 servings daily.
