What is Appress?

Appress was evaluated for safety and efficacy in reducing and controlling serum glucose levels and assisting in weight loss. In a six-week, triple-blind, placebo-controlled study performed under IRB (Institutional Review Board) approval, subjects included men and women 18-70 years old desiring to lose weight. Both active and placebo groups followed a non-calorie restricted diet low in refined carbohydrates. Both groups complied with a weekly exercise program of 60 total minutes of moderate aerobic exercise and 20 total minutes of resistance training.

Appress Glucappress PCL Ingredients:
Cynara scolymus, Gahwa Bean Extract, Lagerstroemia Speciosa, Chromium Picolinate, Vanadyl sulfate, Pterocarpus Marsupium, Gurmar, Biotin, Galega Officinalis.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Titanium Chloride, Dicalcium Phosphate.

Indications and Usage:

• Appress is especially appropriate for those who are weight loss resistant and/or have a tendency towards insulin resistance, pre-diabetes or the metabolic syndrome ("Syndrome X").
• Appress is indicated for those seeking support in the areas of weight loss and optimal serum glucose control.
• Appress is indicated as an integral component of a total program that includes a diet low in refined carbohydrates and an exercise program of no less than 80 minutes per week.
• Appress is not a drug and should not be used in place of such.
  

Warnings:
Do not use Appress if you have a hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients listed above. Although there are no laxatives contained in Appress, it is not uncommon to experience loose bowel movements for the first few days of taking Appress.

Safety:
Appress is manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility that adheres to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), the Food and Drug Administration regulations for foods, Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 110. RDA's (Recommended Dietary Allowances) have not been established for the components of Appress. Cynara scolymus has been demonstrated to increase bile output in humans, and caution should be used by those with known gallstones or bile duct obstructions.

Dosage Guidelines
For optimum weight loss, correct dosing is crucial. First, find your recommended weight from the height and weight chart on the right. Then deduct that number from your actual weight. Based on the amount of weight you need to lose, follow these dosage instructions:

100 or more pounds: Take 3 capsules with morning meal and 2 capsules with evening meal.
50-75 pounds: Take 2 capsules with morning meal and 2 capsules with evening meal.
24-49 pounds: Take 2 capsules with morning meal and 1 capsule with evening meal.
10-24 pounds: Take 1 capsule with morning meal and 1 capsule with evening meal.

Important: As you lose weight, adjust your dosage to match the chart. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. To maximize your weight loss results, do not skip meals, exercise a minimum of 3 times per week for a total of 80 minutes per week, and fuel your metabolism with a diet low in refined carbohydrates.
