Directions

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement use daily as recommended. Take 1 slightly rounded scoop in the A.M. with 16 ounces of water, 30 minutes prior to eating breakfast. Then, take as second scoop in the afternoon prior to eating lunch or a snack. On Workout Days: Mass cycle is effectively utilized as a postworkout supplement. Depending if you are training in the A.M. or P.M., take that specific serving immediately following your training session with 16 ounces or water.
