How to use Gakix:
As a dietary supplement use only on workout days. Use 1/2 hour to 1 hour before workout taking one serving (8 tablets). Because of our exclusive Ethylated Technology (ELT3) the 2x bioavailability, begin use with one-half the recommended serving (4 tablets) for the first seven (7) days to assess your tolerance. Do not exceed 6 tablets per day. For good health practices consuming 6-8, eight (8) ounce glasses of water is recommended.
