Use Arnica Gel for relief of muscle aches and stiffness, bruises and minor injuries, overexertion, falls, and blows. Reduces pain, swelling and discoloration from bruises.

Gently apply a thin layer of Arnica Gel to affected
area as soon as possible after minor injury, and
repeat 3 times a day.

Arnica Gel Directions:

Arnica Gel: Gently apply a thin layer of Arnica Gel to affected area as soon as possible after minor injury, and repeat 3 times a day.

Arnica Montana: Adults / Children - At onset of symptoms turn upside down and twist clear cap until 3 to 5 pellets fall. Allow pellets to dissolve in mouth. Repeat 3 times a day until relieved or as directed by a physician.

Arnica Gel: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and with open wounds. Do not use if tube seal is broken. Stop using this product and consult a doctor if condition persists for more than 3 days or worsens. Keep this and all medication out of reach of children.
