Directions
Take 3 tablets once daily with water. For Best Results: "Loading" is recommended during the first 7 days by taking double the recommended serving (6 tablets). Once you begin to see results, cut back to the normal serving of 1,500 mg and continue taking 3 tablets daily. (Do not take more than 6 tablets daily).
