Q: How does Perfect Cleanse™ Purify work?
A: Purify is the first step of the Perfect Cleanse system that supports normal liver detoxification.† The liver produces 1-2 quarts of bile daily, which carries toxins, metals, microorganisms and other metabolic by-products that must be eliminated by the gastrointestinal tract. Purify contains natural botanicals such as clinically alidated amounts of milk thistle and yarrow (aerial parts) studied for their detoxification properties, plus cracked-wall Japanese Chlorella, widely researched for its ability to bind with environmental toxins.
Q: How does Perfect Cleanse™ Capture work?
A: Capture is the second step of the Perfect Cleanse system. It helps absorb and bind undesired compounds for transport from the body, crucial for effective and healthy detoxification. Q: What makes Perfect Cleanse™ Capture different from other fiber products?

Remove is a gentle formula with natural Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) and a botanical blend that works while you sleep, gently sweeping the colon of accumulated waste, including trapped toxins secreted through the bile, to promote a healthy, comfortable bowel movement soon after waking in the morning.† Remove contains no harsh laxatives such as senna that can irritate the delicate intestinal lining so that it sheds, stimulating bowel movements. This harsh action can cause cramping and bloating.
Q: What are the usage directions for the Perfect Cleanse™ kit?
A: Take 3 UltraZorbe™ Purify capsules 30 minutes before dinner with water.
Take 1 scoop of Capture organic fiber with 8oz water 30 minutes after dinner.
Take 3 Remove caplets before bedtime with plenty of water (at least 8oz).
Q: How often should I do the Perfect Cleanse™ program?
A: We all think about spring cleaning our homes at least twice a year, so think of cleaning your internal organs and digestive system twice a year. It is not beneficial to cleanse excessively. For most people 2 to 3 times per year may be adequate. For personalized recommendations, please consult with your doctor.
Q: How much water should I drink while using the kit?
A: It is important to drink plenty of water, preferably distilled, while using Perfect Cleanse™. Most adults should consume at least 64 ounces of water daily (8 cups of 8 ounces or 4 bottles of 16 oz). Be sure to drink plenty of water when taking the Purify capsules and Remove caplets. Capture fiber should be taken with at least 8 ounces of water.
Q: Do I need to fast or eat differently while using Perfect Cleanse™?
A: Fasting is not necessary. We suggest eating a regular light healthy diet of fresh foods, selecting organic whenever possible.
Q: Do I need to stay near a bathroom while using Perfect Cleanse™?
A: No, the kit is designed to work overnight so you can conduct normal daily activities. The kit gently works through the night encouraging a bowel movement early in the morning. Unlike some other cleansing kits, Perfect Cleanse™ allows you to maintain your daily routine without disruption.
Q: What changes should I expect to see in my bowel movements?
A: You can expect to see some changes in your bowel movements. Typically you will have a bowel movement each morning; you may notice stools that are softer, more bulky, different in color and/or slightly more frequent. Should you experience any cramping, diarrhea or discomfort, you can cut back on the recommended usage. Never use more servings than suggested on the label. If issues persist, please stop usage and consult with your healthcare practitioner.
Q: Should I take my dietary supplements while using Perfect Cleanse™?
A: If you are using Garden of Life whole food based dietary supplements such as Living Multi®, it is fine to continue to do so during your cleanse because our products are made with whole food based ingredients.
A: You may pause probiotic supplementation during the cleanse, as they are likely to be eliminated. We do not recommend starting probiotics for the first time until after you have completed the 10 days using Perfect Cleanse™.
Q: Are there any contraindications or warnings for Perfect Cleanse™?
A: As with any dietary supplement consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or under medical supervision. Not intended for children. Warning: If you have a gall bladder condition, Inflammatory Bowel Disorder or recurrent diarrhea, do not use before consulting your physician.
Q: Can I continue to take medications while doing the Perfect Cleanse™?
A: You should always consult with your doctor if you are taking any medications. Never stop taking prescription medication without approval from your doctor. If your doctor says it is safe to use the kit while taking medication, be sure not to take medications at the same time as the fiber drink because fiber may bind medication and prevent it from working.
Q: Can I travel while using the Perfect Cleanse™?
A: Yes, but you might want to try the Perfect Cleanse™ for a day or two before taking your trip. Be sure that you will be able to drink plenty of water when traveling and always use bottled water.
Q: Is Perfect Cleanse™ suitable for vegetarians and does it contain dairy?
A: Perfect Cleanse™ is 100% vegetarian. It does not contain dairy, it is made with natural ingredients and is free of artificial colors and preservatives.
