Suggested Use:

One or two servings per day of Fat Free Gainers Fuel 1000 combined with resistive exercise or weight training promotes lean anabolic weight gain. Simply add four (4) heaping scoops (scoop included inside each container) to 24 ounces of non-fat milk. Mix for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice. Serve immediately. Fat Free Gainers Fuel 1000 added to water is well tolerated and approved for lactose intolerant individuals.
