Take each serving with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of liquid. Drinking additional liquid is helpful. We suggest staying at this level for 3 days to a week.

Level 2: Increase to the following amounts between meals morning and evening: 6 Colon Care capsules, 2 Women's Rebuild capsules, 2 Herbal Guard capsules. Take each serving with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of liquid. Drinking additional liquid is helpful.
Colon Care Formula: For added fiber and cleansing activity, or for those who prefer not to take capsules, Colon Care Formula powder can be used in place of Colon Care Caps. The serving size for Colon Care Formula is 1 heaping teaspoon in 8 ounces of liquid once or twice a day.

When first starting the cleansing system, some stomach bloating may occur. This will pass as you progress in the program so that an even flatter stomach area develops. If you experience excessive bloating, gas or uncomfortable feelings, reduce the amount being taken for a few days so your body can adjust. If you experience constipation, try drinking more water, or adding Yerba Prima Fiber Plus in caps or powder for a few days.

CAUTION: Do not take capsules if you have difficulty in swallowing. A very small percentage of individuals, particularly health care providers who have been occupationally exposed to psyllium dust, may develop an allergy to psyllium.
