This product is working for me. It gives me energy and decreased my appetite. I do not snack between meals. However, I find that you can taste the tablet before I can swallow it, and I do not like it. It would be good if the coating of the tablet did not begin to melt before swallowing. Otherwise, I will continue to use this product as part of my plan for losing weight. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week in addition to taking this product. It is going to take a while before I am in the shape I was 20 yrs ago, But I will keep up with my plan. It is worth the money to me. (Posted on 9/19/2014)Quality
