Return Policy
Returns
| Defective products will be returned and refunded (including all shipping charges) or exchanged at customer's option. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days subject to a 25% restocking fee (customer is responsible for return shipping fees). If UPS or USPS returns the package back to us because of incorrect address or refusal of package, there is a 25% restocking and return shipping fees. Opened or otherwise altered products may not be returned. Certain sale items are "final sale" and may not be returned; refer to the listing or product description. |
Cancellations
| Please be careful to review your order before submitting it. It is not possible to cancel your order once it has been submitted. You may return your item(s) subject to our returns policy. You will be responsible for return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. |
No one home to receive package

If UPS or USPS returns the package back to us because there is no one home to sign for the package. There is a 25% restocking fee and customer is reponsible for return shipping fees.

Mistakes
| If you make a mistake (e.g. order the wrong item, wrong size or flavor, or wrong quantity) please contact us after you receive your order so that we may direct you in returning the product back to us and ship the correct one. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
