Verify Billing & Ship-To Address
Make sure to verify your shipping and billing information. If your "Bill-To" information does not match your credit card, we may place your order on hold and contact you to verify the correct address. In the event we cannot contact you, the order may remain on hold or be canceled at any given time.
Make sure to verify your "Shipping Address". If your order is shipped to a wrong address that was provided by you, the customer, then you may be 100% liable for the cost of the product as well as shipping and cost of any new product shipped to you because of such errors. If the package is lost or shipped to the wrong address and it's our mistake, we will cover the costs 100%.
Domestic Shipping Policies & Charges
Our preferred shipping method is UPS. You may calculate your exact shipping charges prior to placing your order.
To do so:
- Place the desired items on your shopping cart
- Select your shipping method from the drop down box
- Enter the ship to Zip code
- Click on Recalculate
All purchases shipped within the continental United States to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses are automatically shipped by USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation is not available for Military addresses.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands cannot ship by UPS ground. These orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail when UPS Ground is selected. Customers within the continental United States have the option to upgrade the shipping to UPS Next Day. Please note, if your address is a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail regardless of your selected method.
Please Note: While UPS allows your package to be redirected after it is shipped, they do charge a minimum of $11.00 processing fee plus added fees for new destination. This fee will be charged to you should you ask us to have your package rerouted by UPS. Also if you place an order and decide to cancel after it has been shipped or if you refuse the package or there is no one home to receive the package, then you will be charged for the shipping both ways in addition to 25% restocking fee as per our return policy. For any incorrect address or missing suite #/apt.#/floor # - UPS charges us $ 11.00 and if it is your fault then the cost will be passed on to you.
Important Notice: Should the cart not calculate shipping charges due to input errors on the order form, proper shipping charges will be added at the time the order is processed.
Shipping Delays and Refunds: If your shipment is lost or delayed within the normal time frame based on the shipping option you chose after it is shipped, UPS does offer a refund for the shipping cost. However, when the shipment is delayed due to severe weather, hurricanes, tornadoes, cyclones, earthquakes, tsunamis, or any other natural disaster, you are only entitled to a refund when UPS themselves has failed to deliver the package within the time period expected under "normal" circumstances. Canadian Orders Only
All of our prices including shipping cost are in US Dollars. Canadian orders will ship by USPS starting at $21.00 for 1 pound or less. Each additional pound will be charged $3.00 per pound. This price does include insurance. Packages takes a least 7 business days to Canada.

Duties and taxes
Our pricing does not include duties, value-added taxes or brokerage services. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by UPS on behalf of the local Customs office. These fee(s) will be due at the time of delivery. If you refuse delivery you will be responsible for all fee(s) and return postage as assessed by UPS and or the local customs office.
Restrictions
Customers must abide by international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within Canada. Please check with Canadian customs if you are not certain a product may be imported to your country. We will not be held responsible for items confiscated by Canadian customs.
UPS Upgraded Transit Times
UPS Orders are only shipped on business days (Mon-Fri). Transit times do not include weekends or holidays. The day the item actually ships is not a transit day.
Next Day Air- Next business day
2 Day Air- two business days.
3 Day Air- three business days
Orders placed before 12pm (EST) usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (EST) will ship on the next business day.
Puerto Rico Orders
Puerto Rico orders can not be shipped UPS ground, all International orders will go out United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping will be calculated according to weight you will be notified by email or phone about the additional shipping charges before the order is shipped. Please disregard the shipping information that is included in the cart details when placing your order online.
It is also very important to check with customs to make sure we can send the product you are buying to you. If the package is refused or confiscated by customs we can not be responsible for the cost of the product or shipping. If the package is returned to us, you will get a credit for the product less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees can not be refunded.
International Orders Only

Customs Declaration Value will be the full value of the product(s) being purchased. No Exceptions
First time order need to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form. For future purchases if you use a different credit card, you will need to resubmit the form for the new card.

UPS Ground Shipping Transit Time Map
To calculate the transit time for your order, find your State's color and compare it the shipping days on the lower right. Do not count the day the order ships, weekends, or holidays. Orders placed before 12pm (EST) usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (EST) will ship on the next business day.
UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or APO's, these orders will ship USPS Priority.
