I lift 5-6 days a week and do cardio 4-5 days a week. I take AminoX mixed with the N.O.Explode before I work out and I take AminoX after my workout. The biggest change I have seen is recovery time. I use to be sore after doing some of my workouts and when I started taking the AminoX after my work out I would wake up the next day and feel great. The scoops are pretty small so it goes a long ways and I think trying to mixed it with something else is a must as its very sweet almost like candy and I am not a huge fan of that. I'm not a morning workout person because I like to sleep. So I get a good night of sleep, get up and eat a healthy breakfast, and go to work. At the end of the day, Amino X seems to help me get an extra hour or more of energy and motivation to get to the gym and have a decent routine. I don't usually take the recommended dosage. I take less because I'm sensitive to energy boosting products. However, if it's a long weekend or I know I'm going to be up, then I take the usual or recommended 2 scoops. Man, this stuff is really sweet and strong unless you dilute it with water. A lot of water mixed with one scoop goes a long way. Anyway, since I stumbled on this product I keep buying it because it seems to work for me. I'm 180 lbs at 5'11" and have a medium build, if that helps. (Posted on 8/29/2014)Quality - Great product
