At NetNutri.com, we know how important it is now more than ever to have access to healthy, affordable products for you and your family. We have prepared this page to help keep updated with information about items, orders, policies, and safety procedures.

Item Availability & Order Status

We’reworking around the clock to re-stock all products (including hand sanitizers, vitamins, and supplements) and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We have also significantly expanded out immune products section Due to high demand, and disruptions to the supply chain, quantities will be limited on certain items; you may also experience out-of-stock and canceled items, in addition to delays of up to 1-2 days (on average) for processing and shipping of your order. Once shipped, delivery can take 1-5 business days (within the continental U.S.), depending on shipping method and location. The US Postal system has been particularly challenged and those orders are taking longer than usual to arrive. Backorders are taking much longer than usual to fill. As some suppliers are limiting the quantity of their shipments to us, keeping a backorder is better than canceling and re-ordering as we are shipping first in first out on all orders.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds: Policy Updates

We are temporarily unable to accept returns, in an effort to protect the safety of our staff members. We have also limited replacements due to low inventory and shipping delays. Refunds will only be issued for missing, damaged, or defective items at the discretion of our Customer Service team and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We encourage customers to purchase only what they need during this time. We have set limit restrictions on some items to prevent unnecessary hoarding. As the situation evolves, we’ll adjust our policies accordingly to best serve you.

Contacting Customer Service

We have staff members working from home and have extended the hours for answering calls into the weekend. We are still experiencing an extremely high volume of emails, calls, and chats; as a result, response time in all channels will be longer than usual. Please do not send multiple emails – we are responding to them as quickly as possible in the order they are received. If we miss your call please leave a message and we will return it. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Sanitation Protocol at Our Fulfillment Center, Office, and Retail Store

We wanted to let you know about the sanitation protocol we are following which includes:

  • Cleaning common and shared areas more often, such as receiving and packing stations
  • Cleaning shelves when restocking products
  • Sanitizing restrooms more frequently and restocking with necessary sanitation supplies (soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer)
  • Adding extra hand sanitizer in the break room, bathrooms, and other shared spaces
  • Installed safety shields at the registers and Juice Bar
  • Provide hand wipes at the pin pads
  • Wiping down pallet jacks, lift trucks, and other handling equipment
  • Following best practices for safe food handling
  • Encouraging our family and staff to closely monitor their health and well-being and recommending they stay home if they, or someone in their household, are sick

We’re following similar protocol in our retail store, where surfaces are being disinfected and supplies, such as hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes, are readily available to all staff members and customers. We’re also working from home when possible and appropriate, in addition to encouraging everyone to follow CDC guidelines for protecting themselves and those around them.

Since 1994 when we started our first retail store we believe that healthy foods, supplements, and household supplies should be affordable and available to as many people as possible. That is even more important today and we appreciate the trust you have in us for delivering those products. We are a family-owned and operated company and are working around the clock to make sure you get the supplements you need to help keep you and your family safe. Although some staff is now working from home we have adjusted our schedule to include weekend hours to make sure we do not fall behind in carefully packing and shipping your orders.
