Best product ever used. And I have used a lot including phentermine 37.5mg. I use half a pill with caffeine tab(as a synergist)after I awake wait about 4hrs before my first meal which is about 200 calories and it Carries me through another eight hrs of fasting then I eat another meal about 400cal.. Have lost 35 pounds in 6weeks. I loose 5pounds a week with intermittent fasting and this product with no excercise plus the grace of God which also give me inner self control.
