My doctor tried me on 11 different sleeping pills and only one worked. But sleeping pills are a narcotic and very heavily linked to alzheimer's! My holistic psychiatrist had me try this with inositol at night, for sleep. It worked quite well, but since I am on a number of other things for sleep, and I am experimenting with Ayurveda, that way, again, going to bed earlier and taking a hot bath at night, etc., I decided not to purchase it again.
