STILL an amazing product! I work outside on my farm. This has been a horrible year for heat. I always tend to get cramps in my hands, feet, and legs no matter how hydrated I am. This products literally works in minutes! I place 5-6 tiny pills under my tongue and cramps are gone within a couple minutes. I also take a magnesium and potassium supplement along with these pills or a liquid mineral supplement. If I don’t, the cramps can come back within an hour. This sublingual tabs allow immediate relief which allows the other supplements time to work. I’ve never had cramps return doing it this way. Minutes feel like hours when you’re in pain. This is one product where you'll feel results within minutes! Helps with stress, nerves, headaches, and we found by accident that it gets rid of legs cramps if we overdo it while working out.
