CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester) represents the next generation of creatine. Directions: Take 3 Mega Pro CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester) capsules twice daily. Take one serving with 12-16 oz. of water 30-60 minutes prior to training session. Consume plent of water during training session. Immediately after training session, take an additional 3 CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester) capsules with 12-16 oz. of water.
