Best supplement I’ve ever taken. Take it on an empty stomach 30 min before my workout. I start to feel the tingle about 15 min in and by the time I hit the gym I’m ready to go!! It gives me extreme energy and focus. I love the pump I receive from it. Rocket pop and grape are my fav. If your not used to taking DMAA than I would suggest 3/4 scoop to start. This stuff is intense! You will tingle and burn. You will feel extreme energy and focus. Highly suggest this to anyone serious about your workout. Gives me the boost I need to kill it on a fasting workout at 4am. It keeps me energized all day with no crash. Plus I’m adhd and the DMAA helps me stay focused all day.
