Directions
Place powder in a glass or mug: add 2-3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add Natural Calm to a glass or bottle of cold water.
Individual needs may vary. Start with one half teaspoon (1g) daily and gradually increase to 2 slightly rounded teaspoons (4g) as needed.
Divide your daily amount of Natural Calm into two or three servings. Natural Calm can be taken with or without food.

Start small and work your way up. Too much magnesium can cause loose stools. This product is great for calming you before bedtime. I’ve only tried the berry lemon combo and it is pleasant tasting. You can drink it warm it cold. I have tried both ways and they are equally good! (Posted on 6/24/2020)Quality
