I started taking this brand of valerian root about 6 months ago, and I'm very happy with it. It doesn't smell great, but that's the only downside. I used to take ambien every night (for years!). I stopped when I got pregnant, and I realized I never want to be dependent on it again. This helps me naturally settle for bed, and I don't feel groggy in the morning. I was getting this at Whole Foods, but this is a much better price. (Posted on 6/4/2020)Quality
