Ingredients: 
S-Adenosyl-Methionine 200 mg 

Each tablet contains: 400 mg of SAM-e as S-Adenosyl-Disulphate Tosylate which provides 200 mg of pure SAM-e. 

Other ingredients: 
cellulose mannitol hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate citric acid sodium starch glycolate glyceryl triacetate croscarmellose sodium stearic acid silica titanium dioxide yellow ochre. 

Suggested Use: 
As a dietary supplement 1 to 2 tablets one to four times daily between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. 

Keep in a cool dry place tightly capped.
