APS Creatine Monohydrate utilises Creapure which is known around the world for its high quality and purity. Creatine is an important source of energy for muscle contraction. It is used to recycle the energy molecule ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate). Creatine helps to regenerate ADP (spent energy) back into ATP for increased energy output involving short, intense bursts of energy, such as required for weight training. This increased energy allows you to work harder and stimulates protein synthesis. Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop daily or as firected by a physician.
