FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL CONTINENTAL US ADDRESSES OVER 75$ AND UP TO 5 LBS:

All orders over $75 at checkout after discounts and under 5lbs in weight ship free. Delivery Adress must be within the Continental US, NOT including Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

NON-CONTINENTAL US ADDRESSES:

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS or FedEx real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method, and final destination.

SAME DAY SHIPPING GUARANTEE:

NetNutri.com offers a Same Day Shipping guarantee on most in-stock items ordered Monday - Friday by 2 pm EST (excluding national holidays). Item eligibility can change depending on the day of the week, time of day, and product availability, so please check each item’s availability at the time of order. Only orders placed directly though netnutri.com qualify for Same Day Shipping.

STANDARD SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES:

NetNutri.com processes orders 5 days a week. We will ship all of your orders using either FedEx or USPS with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-7 business days for continental US destinations. Please note: In some instances, your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product and warehouse availability) and could use different carriers for each shipment.

Expedited Shipping Transit Times:

For faster processing and delivery you can select expedited Standard Overnight, 2 Day Delivery, or 3-day SuperSaver shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited orders placed after 2 PM (EST) may not process until the next business day. We strive to process all expedited orders placed before 2 PM EST the same day provided adequate stock is available and the order successfully passes all necessary verification processes. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday. Shipping carriers may deliver your package on a Saturday and do not deliver on Sunday or national holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: Only FedEx guarantees delivery time frames. USPS does NOT come with a guarantee. In other words, shipping your package 2-day Priority does not Guarantee 2-day delivery, the only way to guarantee 2-day delivery is by using FedEx.

PO Boxes:

NetNutri will happily deliver to your PO BOX via USPS.

APO Addresses:

We must ship via USPS to all APO addresses. Shipping costs are based on package weight.

Tax Policy:

New Jersey residents add 6% sales tax on all applicable personal care products, aromatherapy, pet products, appliances, and books.

Backordered Items:

On rare occasions, we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay in shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be back ordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. Here at NetNutri.com we have a great relationship with our suppliers, so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. We will ship the in-stock items on your order right away and ship the back ordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are back ordered, you may receive several partial shipments.

Order Status & Tracking:

All orders shipped will be provided with an online tracking number for status and location tracking. You can always log into your account, e-mail or call us if you'd like to verify your order's status.

Damaged & Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction.

Cold-Pack Service:

We offer a free cold pack service to ensure the quality and potency of certain temperature sensitive products. We recommend you choose an expedited shipping method or ship to a location where the package won't sit for an extended time.

You may also opt to include cold-pack service with your order by purchasing a Cold-Pack. During the hotter months in order to ensure the safety and integrity of certain heat sensitive products and prevent melting, deterioration or rancidity, it may require we pack product with freeze-paks.  We recommend purchasing the Cold-Pack service with your order. We may also choose not to ship the product if the weekend will delay the final arrival. Based on the size and value of the order an additional $3.50 packaging and handling fee may be required.  If any delay or additional cost will incur we will contact you for approval.
