Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 90 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund subject to the following terms.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 90 days

• The product has not been used and is in its original packaging

We will accept returns or replace products that are defective or damaged during shipping as long as they are reported within 7 days.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Once you receive a return authorization number (RAN) you may send the product(s) with its original packing to:

Shipping charges

Shipping charges for your purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

If free shipping was selected we will deduct the actual shipping cost, or $7.95, whichever is greater.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage when returning an item to NetNutri

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of the return. Please allow 1-3 days for the refund to appear on your account.

Restocking Fee

Unless an item was damaged or defective return orders may be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee at our discretion.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately (within 7 days) for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
