I was previously using another amino product, and have found this product much more favorable for many reasons. First, the capsules are easier to swallow than the larger caplets we have all been accustomed to. (The former product I was using appears to be defunct, so I needed a reasonable replacement.) After comparing the supplement breakdown on the labels, and the beneficial strings of the essential amino compounds, I was left with the impression that these were different from the whey protein product I was accustomed toQuality
. My situation has been one of recovery from serious injury, and it seems we are still on-track with these capsules. Usually, there are recommend dosages in which you take several at a time, different times daily. I have seen admirable results with a lesser dosage of just two of these capsules at beginning of my day, and two additional later at my mealtime. (Both intake periods precede exercise, movement, and or repetitive muscular movement, to include stretching/ cool-down)
I have to give this product high marks since it has exceeded expectation, since the amino breakdown on the label is not represented well enough. But with my diet which does includes dairy and other, I feel there is no loss of benefit in my situation. I am now going on 11 months with this product, and have to say...IMPRESSED, and will continue to evaluate long-term.
