I had alot of trouble since my teens. I finally went to a specialist. He suggested I take prelief when I consume any type of acid foods or drinks or if I eat anything with caffeine. That is, coffee, sodas with caffeine, chocolate, tomatoes, lemon juice, etc. I have been on prelief for over five years, and it is a life saver!
