As a dietary supplement, take Stacked-N.O.™ daily according to the body weight dosing protocol index below in conjunction with a proper exercise and nutrition regimen. Stacked-N.O.™ is a highly concentrated and potent formula, do not exceed more than 6 capsules in a 24 hour period. Follow a 12 week on 4 week off cycle.

Over 185 lbs: Take 6 capsules 60 minutes prior to training on workout days. On non-workout days, take 3 capsules 2x daily, 6-8 hours apart.

Under 185 lbs: Take 3 capsules 60 minutes prior to training on workout days. On non-workout days, take 3 capsules prior to first meal.
