I take a blood pressure med which was creating anxiety in me, especially while driving. I now take the blood pressure meds before bed which almost eliminated the anxiety. But since GABA worked so well, I take it to increase my mood and before driving in traffic. I certainly see the difference. I take on an as needed basis and get results in 30 to 60 minutes. As someone how suffers from Bipolar, I have troubles sleeping. This is something I have been taking for years now and one of the few things that helps. It works much better than any over the counter sleep aid and even some prescribed ones. Though if you have take a lot of medication like I do you should let your doctor know just to to be safe. I started taking this product about 3 months ago. It works wonders! I have a ton of energy, I am laser focused at work, my mood is more even-keeled and I just feel better. I felt the effects within days of taking it. I started with 2 capsules per day in the morning. I have recently; within the past couple of days, started using the powder form, GabaMax. So far so good.
