Methyl Depot Suggested Use:
Be sure to follow "important instructions" on orange panel before using this product.

Take 3 Methyl Depot capsules daily. On training days: take 3 Methyl Depot capsules 1/2 hour before training. Non-training days: take 3 Methyl Depot capsules with lunch. Important: Use 4 weeks on, 1 week off, for a total of 8 weeks (2 bottles).
